We are Nicole & Eddy, a German-American team combining structured business and technical expertise with decades of hands-on construction and property experience.

Nicole completed a commercial and technical apprenticeship in Germany and worked at Siemens in roles focused on coordination, procurement, and quality management systems.This background supports our Construction and Home Watch services with a structured, detail-oriented approach focused on consistency, early issue detection, and preventative property oversight.

Eddy has over 30 years of self-employment experience in construction, remodeling, and problem-solving. His hands-on knowledge of residential building allows him to understand how homes are constructed, where issues develop, and how to prevent them—especially in North Idaho’s climate conditions.Together, we provide structured Home Watch and Property Care services, as well as licensed General Contracting through Eddy and Nick LLC.

We serve homeowners in Sandpoint and North Idaho with both property oversight and residential construction and remodeling services, combining technical understanding with hands-on building experience.
