• Priority client contact and request intake, including extended availability

• Scheduled Home Watch visits with reported visual observations

• Coordinated follow-up and maintenance support based on visit findings

• Assistance with urgent access requests for contractors or utility providers

• Seasonal preparation and closure support

• Customized service coordination based on individual needs

All services are non-invasive and based on visual observations, coordination, and client authorization. The VIP Package does not include security services, emergency response, property management, or guarantees of outcomes.
