VIP Package May Include:
Priority client contact and request intake, including extended availability
Scheduled Home Watch visits with reported visual observations
Coordinated follow-up and maintenance support based on visit findings
Assistance with urgent access requests for contractors or utility providers
Seasonal preparation and closure support
Customized service coordination based on individual needs
All services are non-invasive and based on visual observations, coordination, and client authorization. The VIP Package does not include security services, emergency response, property management, or guarantees of outcomes.
Availability & Scope:
The VIP Package is available by agreement, exclusively to existing clients, and is customized to the property and requested level of support.
