We offer extended availability for existing clients to request assistance when concerns arise while they are away. Client requests can be received 24/7, subject to authorization, service scope, and availability.
When contacted, we can assist by accessing the property where authorized, observing visually apparent conditions, and reporting findings to the homeowner. Any follow-up actions or coordination are performed only upon request and within the agreed service scope.
This service is available exclusively to existing clients and is provided in combination with an active service package.
