Season Kick-Off – Start of the Season
Prepare your home for seasonal use with assistance focused on setup, coordination, and general readiness prior to arrival.

Preparing interior and exterior living areas
Setting up outdoor furniture and seasonal spaces
Assisting with the activation of garden water connections and irrigation systems
Seasonal cleaning of indoor spaces, patios, porches, and outdoor areas
Light shopping or errands upon request
Visual observations of boats, docks, or decks
General seasonal preparation of garden and outdoor areas
Coordination with third-party service providers as requested
Handling special requests by prior agreement
Season Check-Out – End of the Season
Assist with organizing and coordinating seasonal shutdown tasks in preparation for an extended absence.

Assisting with interior and exterior property closure tasks
Storing outdoor furniture and seasonal items
Assisting with the adjustment or shutdown of garden irrigation systems
