Our Maintenance Services are designed to implement the necessary care and follow‑up actions that are identified during your Home & Estate Watch visits. We provide peace of mind by helping keep your property safe, functional, and well-maintained through the handling or coordination of the maintenance tasks identified for your home. Every action is performed in close consultation with you, based on what has been observed, your priorities and your schedule.
✔ Routine Follow‑Up Based on Home Watch Visits
We carry out maintenance tasks that have been identified as needed during regular Estate Watch visits — from filter changes and garden care to visible system support and other customer‑requested tasks that help preserve your home’s condition. These actions are based on what is visible and appropriate given the current status of the property.
✔ Visible System and Utility Care
Tasks can include changing air and water filters, coordinating HVAC servicing, checking fuel levels and topping up propane or other fuel as requested, running water to prevent stagnation, and other visibility‑based tasks that help reduce the risk of common issues.
✔ Garden and Grounds Maintenance
We manage or coordinate outdoor tasks such as lawn care, trimming, debris removal, seasonal plant care and ongoing garden support, either by our team or through trusted subcontractors in consultation with you.
✔ Security and Presence Support
Implementation of visible presence tasks such as securing doors and windows, handling mail or packages, performing visible checks on exterior features, and completing agreed‑upon comfort tasks while you are away.
✔ Coordination with Trusted Subcontractors
For specialized or licensed tasks (e.g., camera installations, HVAC professional servicing, major repairs), we coordinate and communicate with qualified subcontractors on your behalf — from first contact through completion and acceptance, always with your approval.

Clear Reporting & Communication: After each action we provide updates, status notes and any documentation you may need.
Coordination When Needed: For tasks outside our direct service scope we work with trusted subcontractors, managing scheduling and communication on your behalf.

Home Watch-related tasks are provided through North Idaho Estate Watch, while additional home and property care is coordinated through Eddy and Nick LLC, our licensed and insured contractor company, ensuring a seamless, fully managed process. If a task falls outside what we perform directly, we organize and communicate with trusted subcontractors from start to finish, always keeping you informed and involved.
