Home Watch services are non-invasive and limited to visual observations and do not include security services, technical inspections, diagnostics, guarantees, or property management.

  Visually accessible components of heating and cooling systems, electrical panels and visible indicators, plumbing fixtures, water-related components, propane tanks, and appliances

• Exterior & Property Grounds
  Outdoor faucets, landscaping, gardens, garages, docks, decks, and outbuildings

• Utilities & Property Features
  Visual status only of utilities and visible alarm indicators (no testing or system operation)

• Reporting
  Written observations and photographic materials of visually apparent conditions, with reference to prior visit observations when applicable
